Position: Customer Associate
Experience: Freshers
Job Locations: Kolkata (Relocation not allowed)
Salary: ₹ 1,50,000 – 1,75,000 P.A.
Shift Timing: Rotational / Should be comfortable with night shifts also. (one way cab)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any 12th Pass
- Graduate/Post-Graduate can apply
- (Except – Pharma, LLB , Mech/ Civil/ MBA/ Diploma)
Job Description:
- Looking for excellent English communication skills.
- Should be currently living in Kolkata with 30 kms from sector – 5.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Should have all documents (including Aadhaar/pan/Marksheets/vaccination certificates.)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls from client/customers (from UK Region) / Inbound Process.
