Responsibilities:

• To monitor the activities of Lines in the floor.
• To maintain discipline in the floor.
• To maintain 5S.
• To achieve production as per standard / requirement.
• To report the Industrial Engineering Head regarding the events that took place in the floor.

Authorities:

• To allot / change the tasks of Operators as per the skill requirement.
• To grant leave / permission for the Operators in the floor.
• To stop the production activity and inform the concerned person in case of any deviations found in the quality.
