Education & Requirements:
- BE / B.Tech, Masters is welcome
- Electronics / Electrical / Computers / Instrumentation / Mining / and related streams
- Hands on Software Development Experience
- 2 to 4 years’ experience
Skills/Knowledge:
- Experience in SharePoint 2010 Custom Development.
- Out of the box features for creating webpages, forms, workflows and more are a must.
- SharePoint Object Model (OM)
- SharePoint Designer
- Knowledge of the Dot NET Framework and associated technologies with hands on expertise in design and development in C# and Web applications.
- Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge in OOAD, OOPS, RDBMS and the ability to apply these skills to real-world applications.
- Development Experience with RDLC
- Experience with Source controls like VSS/TFS is required
- Analyze, design, develop, test, debug and document all aspects of the new and existing applications based on Microsoft Technologies.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate, and work with end-users, to analyze and understand user needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements.
- Adapting and picking up new technology upgrades and exploring those for meeting business requirements.
