Position: Graduate/ Technician Apprentice
Total Vacancies: 303
- Graduate Apprentice – 101 posts
- Technician Apprentice – 202 posts
Job Location: Across India
Experience: Freshers
Stipend:
- Graduate Apprentice – Rs. 9,000/- per month
- Technician Apprentice – Rs. 8,000/- per month
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate Apprentice:
- Candidates should complete full-time Degree course (BE/ B.Tech/ AMIE) in Mining Engineering from Institutions duly recognized by UGC/ AICTE/ State Govt/ Central Govt. and
- Enrolled at the NATS portal.
Technician Apprentice:
- Candidates should complete a full-time Diploma in Mining/ Mining & Mine Surveying from Institutions duly recognized by UGC/AICTE/ State Govt / Central Govt. and
- Enrolled at the NATS portal.
Applicants are NOT ELIGIBLE in any one of the cases below:
- Candidates have passed qualifying examination before 30/06/2017
- Candidates have undertaken any previous training
- Candidates have undergoing presently Apprenticeship Training at any establishment (Or)
- Candidates have in the employment elsewhere (Or)
- Candidates have been provided with One Year’s Practical Training after completing the qualifying examination i.e. (Degree/Diploma) in any mine.
Period of Apprenticeship Training shall be 12 months from the commencing of the Contract of Apprenticeship.
How to Apply:
All interested and eligible candidates are required to register themselves on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) web portal (www.mhrdnats.gov.in ) and then they have to apply in the web application form available at the official portal of WCL ( www.westerncoal.in ) from 5th May to 19th May 2020.
