Qualification:
- Graduate in any field.
- 1 – 3 years of work experience in access provisioning, identity management and Incident management.
- Exposure to work inflow tool and tools such as Fieldglass and SAP will be an added advantage.
Job Summary:
You will be a part of the Global Business Services supporting the Contractor Onboarding team. As a part of this team you will be responsible for day to day tasks and duties relating to onboarding. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary. Also, the individual in this position will have to work in night shift on rotational basis as required by the business.
Your Responsibility
- Day to Day request facilitation and execution (User ID, email, badge, token, AD, Unix, mainframes) of the incoming contractor onboarding requests through the internal tool ProcureIt. These could be requests for onboarding of new contractor, modifying an existing contractor or disabling an account/contractor.
- Monitoring the team mailbox on regular intervals to ensure all received queries are responded to within the stipulated time. Ensure that requests with a tendency of escalation are forwarded to the SME and Associate Manager so that relevant action can be taken to ensure timely response and escalation management.
- Work on identifying tool enhancements that can streamline the process and enhance the end user experience.
- Supports on tasks such as quarterly UAR, SOX audit and password resets.
