Job Description: Assist divisions in implementation of TQM Daily Management, Standardisation and Employee Involvement initiatives through Small Group Activities and Suggestion Management initiatives of the ASPIRE framework at Tata Steel India Operation; Facilitate training and implementation of processes at divisions for quality certifications (ISO 9001, TS 16949 etc.)
Key Objective/ Overall Job Responsibility
- Provide inputs for annual plan for DM, SGA & QMS
- Involve and engage employees in improvement activities
- Daily Management deployment and monitor its effects on all departments/ divisions of the company
- Deployment of processes for Quality certifications (ISO 9001, TS 16949 etc)
