Job Description:
Ensuring required Availability & reliability of Heavy Earth Moving Machineries (HEMM) as required by the customer by proper utilization of available resources
Key Objective/ Overall Job Responsibility:
1) Ensuring required Availability & Reliability of HEMMs
- 100 % compliance of prestart and post start check of HEMMs
- Monitoring & 100 % compliance to Scheduled Maintenance of HEMMs.
- Mobilizing available resources for early completion of Maintenance activity.
- Escalation of pending jobs (if any) to the respective sectional Heads for compliance.
- 100 % Logging of SAP Notifications and Maintenance orders for the breakdown/Schedule Maintenance job undertaken during his shift.
2) Safety of Man & Machines
- Pre job safety communication with shift personnel.
- Schedule safety observation/JCC & communication regarding safety issues with the respective section in charges & Head of the department.
- Active participation in Incident Investigation & Root Cause analysis.
- 100% implementation of all Safety recommendations to avoid reoccurrence of incident.
3) Technical Competencies Maintenance of Mobile Equipments like Hydraulic Excavators, dumpers, Drill Rig, Loaders, Dozers and Locomotives etc
