Job Description:
- Engineering graduate with 0 to 1 years of experience.
- Well versed with ITIL processes around Incident, Problem & Change Management.
- Understanding of Change management process and basics of networking.
- Managing day to day performance of Change management Operations and manage the SLAs across the projects.
- Reviewing current processes and procedures to ensure updates are instigated as appropriate.
- Impact analysis to be done for all network-related changes.
- Knowledge to evaluate the change impact and organization readiness to limit potential risks.
- Ensure the processes are followed.
- Knowledge in BMC HELIX IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT tool.
- Identify and manage change implementation schedule conflicts.
- Proactively identify issues and risks.
- Sending weekly status report to portfolio owners.
