- Education : Full time MBA from reputed B-School
- Engineering preferred but not mandatory
- ATL / BTL and product marketing experience
Job Description:
- Assist in drafting Marketing strategy and proper deployment for retail business
- Planning and execution of product promotional activities, Dealer and influencer engagement programs
- ATL / BTL and product marketing experience
- Initiating new ideas for training program / channel development
- MIS/ research and Analysis orientation
- Maintaining distributor performance records on monthly basis
- Extensive visits to regions to assess deployment of marketing programs and take feedback
Job Duties:
- ATL/BTL activities execution for regional or National audiences
- Handled projects like campaign rollouts for regional/national geographies
- Handled marketing budget of at least 2-3 Cr per year
- Activity specifics TVC execution, Radio, advertisement on Newspapers, hoardings, POS/dealer shop branding other mediums in urban and rural geographies
