Job Responsibilities:
- To enable the production smoothly without manual intervention for painting.
- To make sure that there is no necessary of manual touchup when robot is in operation.
- To find out the root cause for the application related issues created during production and get it rectified.
- Can make a new trajectory for upcoming projects/existing projects.
- To monitor the robot spares required to enable the robot functioning smoothly
- To monitor the paint consumption and leading projects for reducing paint consumption.
- Identify the issues related to robot tracking/sync w.r.t conveyor and should be in a position to rectify it.
Skills:
- Basic Knowledge of paint.
- Excellent Knowledge in paint application.
- Knowledge in robot/working principle.
