Requirements:
- 0 to 1 Year Experience
- Will be sourcing the candidate as per our requirements.
- Screening the resume and finding the fitment of candidates.
- Managing complete recruitment life cycle that includes screening suitable applicants through various channels and interacting with the hiring managers to facilitate the selection and on boarding of shortlisted candidates.
- Constant follow up with the candidate until the verdict is on- board.
- Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
- Ensures the joining of the selected candidates.
- Capacity to handle the work pressure and targets.
- Support Head of Recruitment.
- Recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, talent search, hiring and Coordination
