Education:
- You are a Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer (BE/ B.Tech/ Diploma) with 2-3 years’ experience in testing of switchgear/circuit breaker/Electrical manufacturing industries.
- You’ve good knowledge of product, Electrical designs & schematics, erection and testing of equipment.
- You have working knowledge of commercial concepts of business and MS Office.
- You’ve great interpersonal & communication skills.
Job Description:
- In this role you will be required to work in product erection testing commissioning and trouble-shooting, customer queries on main and spares and guiding of product installation team at site
- Along with testing team, you’ll do optimization for better troubleshooting of schematic defects in products in factory as well as at site.
- You’ll handing spares orders for internal as well as direct orders.
- You’ll handle customer complaints tracking and closing with close co-ordination in factory, site and customer office
