Job Description:

• Responsible for supervision on the shop floor in Test Field.
• Responsible for managing and scheduling the shop floor activities for capacity utilization.
• Responsible for handling the customer inspection.
• Responsible for handling and resolving the technical queries during testing and inspection.
• Responsible for coordination with internal and external parties for smooth production and turnover.
• Responsible for maintaining the good IR on shop floor.
