Responsibilities:
- Handling Voice calls from India Customer’s.
- Solving Technical Queries of customers related to UPS and batteries of APC by Schneider.
- Registering complaints of customers using Intouch and Salesforce (CRM) applications.
- Interacting with different department involved for the complaint resolution.
- Co-Ordination with service planning and escalation team for faster resolution.
- Offer technical troubleshooting to the customers.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (Operation 24×7)
Interview Process: Written test (Aptitude & Communication), Followed by a F2F interview.
