Job Description:

  • Voice support engineer is responsible for managing, administrating, and implementing VoIP and TDM consulting engagement .The primary focus of this position to support VoIP installation of Cisco & Avaya Voice Network.
  • Engineers should also frequently communicate with the people in charge of Voice Technology to devise plans based on the need of Organisation.
  • Engineer is responsible for task such as operating, maintaining and troubleshooting voice communication systems.

Roles:

  • Service Availability, Planning, Customer Satisfaction, to provide effective, proactive technical support
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) 9.1.2/10.X/11.X and Voice Technologies – Avaya Call Manager, Avaya Media Server, Avaya Media Gateway
  • Good Hands-on Cisco UCS Server, Cisco Unified Applications, Cisco ISR Gateways
  • Sound knowledge of E1 , FXO , FXS Configuration – PVDM resources
  • Good understanding of H.323 & MGCP protocols
  • Good knowledge of Call Centre setup to support various Helpdesk
  • Good knowledge of Contact Centre Report structures
