- Graduate/ Diploma engineer in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other related
- Should have knowledge regarding AutoCAD, Google Sketch up and PV System
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferred experience of 0-2 years in Solar Project field work/other engineering project field work
- Good Project Execution skills
- Problem solving & Hands-on
Job Description:
- Coordination of installation schedules; management of staffing to ensure on time completion
- Technical Service Including Plant Design, Calculation and Site Surveying for Solar Power Plant.
Installation and technical maintenance activity along with government liaison work - Accountable for timely completion of solar projects and honor deadlines
- Excellent Customer service and key responsibility for client servicing as well as maintaining
relationship for long term basis by creating them net company promoter in business - Continuous coordination, reporting and collaborating with Management for routine business
activity and new market search. - Innovative idea generation and suggestions for product development and Improvements
- Create monthly business acquisition goal and align with the objectives, defining and measuring
key performance indices. - Creating and maintaining documentations according to requirement of Management and ISO
9000:2015. - Daily and monthly all plant reporting to technical head.
