Job Description: Plintron is looking for B.E Graduates who are passionate to work into Telecom Domain
Role: Incident Management
- Liaise with the Customer as focal point for all priority Incidents reported
- Log all Incident/Service Request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes
- Responsible for assigning incidents within a group or division
- Determines if an incident needs to be escalated according to priority and severity of issue.
- Record and classify received Incidents and undertake an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT Service as quickly as possible
- Send timely and accurate incident communications to all the business groups
- Activate and attend the SMC guard phone always
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Use Escalation matrix appropriately to get appropriate level of focus from technical teams and management
- Insist Resolver teams to Update incident logs regularly
- Escalate Incidents at risk of breaching Service Level Agreement
- Ensure that Incidents assigned to their Support Groups are resolved and that service is restored
- Owns all Incidents throughout the lifecycle
- Willing to work in 24 x 7
