  • Jr. Supervisor (Cracker Operations): 05 posts

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Location: Dahej, Gujarat

Salary (Pay Scale): Rs.31000/Month

  • For Executive: Rs. 6 – 8.5 Lakhs
  • For Non-Executive Cadre: Rs. 3.9 – 4.7 Lakhs

Eligibility Criteria:

Executive Cadre:

Executive (Cracker Operations):

  • Candidates should complete Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering/ Petrochemical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 01 year experience in petrochemicals/ Chemicals/ Hydrocarbon Industries, etc.

Executive (Polymer Operations):

  • Candidates should complete Bachelor Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering/ Petrochemical Engineering or Polymer Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 01 year experience in petrochemicals/ Chemicals/ Hydrocarbon Industries, etc.

Executive (Finance):

  • Candidates should complete CA / ICWA from a recognized university
  • Experience: Minimum 01 year experience in covering plant and corporate accounting, Costing & Budgeting, taxation, audits, insurance and risk management, etc.

Executive (HR):

  • Candidates should possess 2 Years Full Time degree in MBA (/Or Equivalent PG) with specialization in HR
  • Experience: Minimum 01 year hands on experience in managing, HR & Admin activities for a large size organization

Executive (Marketing):

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor Engineering degree OR 2 Years Full Time MBA /( Or equivalent PG) with specialization in Marketing/SCM
  • Experience: Minimum 01 year hands on experience in Sales & Marketing for a large organisation of repute

Non-Executive Cadre:

Jr. Supervisor (Cracker Operations): 

  • Diploma (Govt recognised 3 years course) in Chemical Engineering/ Petrochemical Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 01 year hands on experience in petrochemicals/Chemicals/Hydrocarbon Industries, etc.

Jr. Supervisor (Polymer Operations): 

  • Diploma (Govt recognised 3 years course) in Chemical Engineering/ Petrochemical Engineering/ Polymer Technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 01 year hands on experience in petrochemicals/ Chemicals/ Hydrocarbon Industries, etc.

Sr. Assistant (Fire):

  • Intermediate and Govt. recognized diploma Course in Fire/ Fire & safety.
  • Candidates should have a valid driving license for heavy vehicles.
  • Experience: Minimum 07 year

Should meet the physical fitness criteria as under:

  • Minimum height – 168 cms (for Hillman/tribes, mini 166 cms)
  • Chest : (Unexpanded = 81 cms, Expanded = 86 cms)
  • Standard Physical endurance Test for Fire domain.
