Job Description:
- Ericsson Core system
- Health Check for all Core Nodes- E// Core System
- Preparation of Customized Reports
- Daily MOSTI Log Dump generation
- Subscriber Complaint Handling and Support to TSG
- Support for Roaming related complaints
- Coordinating with VAS/CC team for configuration (DNIS) / Testing & troubleshooting
- PRI trouble shooting.
- RA Dumps for Subscriber and Features for Reconciliation
- Core Node Backup
- Planned Activity coordination, Testing and support
- Trace analysis for Call failures
- Hardware & On-site support for faults
- KPI Monitoring & Escalation
- Provisioning Testing & UAT support
- Bulk Provisioning & Subscriber Management
- Provisioning & liaising with other operator for Faults & Escalations
- New Node Integration Support
- O&M for NTHLR/HSS/EIR/One-NDS
- IP Knowledge awareness
- VoLTE awareness
