Job Description:
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of Service Desk experience – Those with technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with excellent English-speaking skills and willing to work in rotational shifts.
Technical Skills:
- Operating Systems, Desktop, Laptop, MDM, Office 365, Password reset management, MS Office, Printer, COTS Applications, Exchange Server, VPN, VOIP, other end devices and SharePoint.
Process Skills:
- Active listening and probing skills
- Effective business communication skills
- Navigate through ticketing tools and knowledge-base articles.
Behavioural Skills:
- Receptive to feedback and willing to learn.
