Job Description:
Guidance to sheet metal vendors for improvement, standardisation & horizontal deployment in the following processes
A) stamping process
B) welding process
Responsibilities:-
- Guidance to vendors in the following area
- Root cause analysis
- Countermeasure action implementation
- Robust poka yoke.
- New model parts pfmea
- Establishment of key quality system.
- Discussions & review meetings with vendor top management
Competencies:
- Hands-on experience in area of press & weld parts.
- Should be conversant with latest technology in stamping and welding area (e.g) nut manager, adoptive guns etc.
- Good presentation and communication skills,
- Basic computer knowledge in ms excel, power point
Skills:
- Experience in press tool and welding fixture designing and development.
