Job Description :

• Troubleshooting the issues (Voice, email, chat)
• Knowledge of VPN and Outlook.
• Must be ready for work from office – (WFO compulsory.)
• Rotational shifts including night shifts (24 x 7 Shift)
• Good Communications Skills

Preferred Skills: Customer Service- Technical – Service Desk- Voice- Chats- email Chats
