Job Description:
1. Regular update on Testing and documenting the regular update on test results
2. On demand testing of Regular update
– Testing of customer complaint route, testing of new features
– On demand documenting of regular update test results
3. Inspection of route guidance functions and performance
– Testing of new functions
– Stress testing of updates (using SW Provided by HQ)
4. Inspection and improvement proposals of route quality
– Analysis of test results and expose Problems using analysis system
– Propose improvement direction
5. VOC responsibility
– Accept Customer and User complaints
– Analyze and document complaint
– Registering complaints in MCOLS
– Liaison VOC details with HQ GIS Route Guidance Centre Project Manager
– Monitoring of VOC resolution progress
– Summarizing and sharing of VOC analysis document prepared by HQ
6. Monitoring
– Daily Monitoring of HQ notices & service (supply, gather, issue count etc.) condition
– Monitoring of system resources and network interconnection
– Monitoring of Applications, Network, Systems using monitoring tool
– Reporting of service condition to customers
7. Others
– Responding to abnormal service related situations
– Acknowledging of situation and analyzing cause
– Examining the cause and possible resolution method
– Reporting to situation to local office and HQ
– Acting on the emergency
– Documenting and reporting of action taken
– Approving emergency action and rebooting of service depending on local work hours
Skills:
- Must have experience in IT service management, Linux server Management,
- M/W (Tomcat, NginX) management, AWS Cloud system, Satellite Navigation QE/QC.
- Must have experience in VOC / CS
- MS Office
