Job Description:
- Ensure zero instance of QC skip-ages after In-Process and Final inspection.
- To analyze the failures for improvement.
- Documentation parts of testing. ISO /9001/14001 /OHSAS 18000 & Customer Audit.
- Testing of the panels should be completed before customer inspection.
- There should not any technical failure during customer inspection.
- To produce monthly onsite failure analysis report.
- 100% ECN should be implemented.
- All new upcoming product, BTYPE testing should be completed.
- To attend training as per schedule and also train to subordinates.
- Follow Safety rules and regulation.
- Preparation of Monthly MIS data related to process quality and failure at sites.
