Job Description:
To expand our team in India we are looking for Technical Support Engineers in Bangalore, India. In this position you are responsible for all IT-relevant inquiries and thus contribute directly to customer satisfaction.
- Accurately testing, identifying, repairing, resolving and documenting end user technical issues regarding network/desktop support, printers, mobile phones and desk phones
- Troubleshooting and resolving software issues
- Reimaging computers/hard drives
- Break & Fix
- Vendor Management
Core Competencies:
- Strong technical skills in trouble shooting issues related to Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, Smart phones etc.
- 0-1 years of experience with end user support.
- Graduates & Diplomas holders can apply.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and business productivity applications i.e. MS-Office
- Collaboration experience including knowledge of remote control of PCs and video conferencing
- Strong customer service skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
