Employment Conditions
- All Trainees/ Management Trainees will have to undergo a Compulsory Training for a period of 24 Months.
- Upon successful completion of assessments after every rotation and possession of the fundamental technical knowledge the Trainee will be appointed to a permanent job assignment as a Graduate Engineer
