- Handle multiple customer inquiries, process orders and resolve customer issues promptly using root-cause analysis.
- Secure market level pricing feedback from customers and ensuring timely price quotations and/or proposals
- Identification of A B AND C Class architects.
- Ensuring proper specification of products from the architects, builders, PMC consultants & façade consultants & contractors
- Building strong relation with the architects, PMC, Façade consultant, developer and Façade contractors.
- Maintaining & analyzing the competitors product & new activities in the market.
- Preparing Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales Target as per the annual Sales plan of the company
- Achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets with adherence to the pricing & payment policy.
- Preparing short term & long term plans to counter the competitors strategies.
- Very good in customer service so as to retain customers & generate high potential leads & references from them.
- Brand promotion activities i.e. Architects and Consultant meet.
- Ensuring Planning & Scheduling of the project as per the timelines committed to the customer and ensuring its execution & closure as per the project schedule.
- Preparing weekly, monthly & annual MIS reports & its analysis with higher management, Follow it up with timely actions
- Facilitate recruitment of new team members, their induction & training requirements & ensuring their target/ goals setting.
- Effective Team Management skills & ensuring the weekly/ monthly performance reviews & annual appraisals.
