EESL is a Super Energy Service Company (ESCO) that seeks to unlock energy efficiency market in India, estimated to at US$12 billion that can potentially result in energy savings of up to 20 per cent of current consumption, by way of innovative business and implementation models. It also acts as the resource centre for capacity building of State DISCOMs, ERCs, SDAs, upcoming ESCOs, financial institutions, etc.

For Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Engineer (Technical):
- Bachelor in Engineering/ Technology OR
- MBA(Marketing/Finance)
- Experience: 2 years of post-qualification experience
For Assistant Engineer (Technical):
- Bachelor in Engineering/ Technology. OR
- Diploma in Engineering/ Technology
- Experience: 2 years of post-qualification relevant experience
For Technician:
- ITI from a recognized university/Institute
- Experience: 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience
For Deputy Manager/Officer (Finance):
- CA or ICWA /MBA in Finance /
- Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialization in (Finance)
- Experience: 1 year for officer & 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience for Dy Manager
For Assistant/ Asst. Officer (Finance):
- B.Com/ M.Com from a recognized university
- Experience: 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience for Assistant(Finance)
For Deputy Manager (Social):
- Master’s degree in Social sciences from a recognized university
- Experience: 4 years of post-qualification relevant experience
For Assistant Manager/ Officer (International Business):
- Graduate with post-graduation degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ International Marketing/Global Business
- Experience: 2 years for Asst Manager & 1 year of post-qualification relevant experience for Officer
For Asst Manager/ Officer (CS):
- Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS)
- Experience: 2 years for Asst Manager & 1 year of post-qualification relevant experience for Officer
For Assistant Manager (Legal):
- LLB/Bachelor of Law.
- Desirable – MBA
- Experience: 2 years post qualification relevant experience in Legal
For Officer/ Asst Officer (HR):
