Qualification for Dassault Systemes Recruitment 2023:
- BE/ B.Tech (Mechanical/Production) from premier institutions with good academic track records 60% throughout in all academics with NO GAPS
- 0-3 years Industry Experience with any CAD and/or PLM software
- Candidate should have undergone any CAD/PLM training or Certification of CAD/PLM software
- Exposure to PLM operations and concepts is an added advantage
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal is must
- Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment
Job Description:
We are looking for a candidate with hands-on experience on any CAD software and preferably some exposure to PLM. We have key mission to support our Customers globally, on Dassault Systemes suite of PLM Products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute end to end processes as a part of operation team
- Run different weekly R&D operations meeting or participate in operations calls
- Respond immediately in case of Customer Crisis situations/ High management escalations
- Work closely with customers and partners as situation demands to ensure smooth deployment/production run/ process execution
- Participate in customer calls on demand, to help provide R&D and customer a common platform to discuss and have the process run smoothly
- Run different digitalization projects to improve the processes
- Create Knowledge capitalization content on process topics
- Be self-motivated and eager to engage in challenging situations demanding high reactivity, while continuously raising the standard of quality of DS Customer Support/Operations
- Ensure Process Knowledge capitalization content creation at regular basis and spread awareness about it at every possible need and opportunity
