Eligibility Criteria for Crompton Recruitment 2024:
- BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 0 – 1 year of experience in Design
- Should have hands-on experience in 3D CAD preferably SOLIDWORKS.
Job Description:
- Experience in new product development & mechanical design
- Proficiency in 3D CAD assembly, 3D modeling & 2D drawing preferably in Solid Works.
- Good at GD & T and tolerance stack analysis.
- Manufacturing knowledge for casting, machining, and assembly process.
- Exposure to PDM and PLM working environment.
- Knowledge of DFMEA & PFMEA
- Interact with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Sourcing, manufacturing & industrialization.
- Good interpersonal, analytical & communication skills
- Enthusiastic and good team player
- Proficiency in MSOffice tool
