Job Description:
- Independent creation of 3D, 2D designs for components in accordance with Brose standards and procedures, Brose PEP, Product workshop assumptions/goals
- Perform technical calculations (strength, weight, package, performance), simulations (Draft analysis, kinematics, FEM Catia GPS) and organize complex technical calculations and interpret results
- To check manufacturing feasibility of the components with suppliers
- Standardization of the motor components in order to have modularity concept
- Take responsibility for the work done and results delivered
- Documentation and data management of modular kit components as per company standards
- Pursue “continuous improvement” through development of design/engineering applications
- Improve work efficiency and more contribution to the organization
- Considers the procedures job instructions and organizational instructions
Profile:
- Must possess hands on experience in CATIA 3D modeling software
- Hands on working experience from Automotive industry in development of the plastic, stamping components
- Must possess basic engineering understanding and GD & T application based on the manufacturing feasibility and functionality point of view
- Knowledge of automotive motors and basics of tool design will be an added advantage
- Basic professional skills for MS Office: power-point presentations word and excel documentations
- Good written and verbal communication
