BDL Recruitment 2021: Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL), A Government of India Enterprise under the administrative control of the Ministry of Defence (MoD), was established in the year 1970 to be a manufacturing base for guided weapon systems. Its coming into being reflects the visionary wisdom of the Nation to achieve self-reliance in the technological domain. Nurtured by a pool of talented engineers drawn from DRDO and aerospace industries, BDL began its journey by producing the 1st Generation Anti Tank Guided Missile-the SS11B1.
This product was a culmination of a Licence Agreement the Government of India entered into with Aerospatiale, French Republic. BDL has three manufacturing units, located at Kanchanbagh, Hyderabad, T.S., Bhanur, Medak district, T.S. and Visakhapatnam, A.P. Two New Units are planned at Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy district, T.S. and Amravathi, Maharashtra.

Salary: Rs.30,000/-, Rs.33,000/-, Rs.36,000/- and Rs.39,000/- per month for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of contract respectively.

Eligibility Criteria:
Project Engineers:
Candidates must possess BE/ B.Tech or Integrated ME/ M.Tech in the disciplilnes of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Civil/ Electronics & Communication/ Computer Science/ IT from a recognized University with minimum 60% of marks.
Project Officer (HR):
Candidates should possess MBA / MSW /PG Diploma (02 years) or equivalent course in HR with minimum 60% of marks.
Project Officer (Finance):
Candidates should possess CA / ICWA or course from AIMA recognized Institute / University or First Class (60%) in MBA (Finance) or equivalent course.
Age limit:
Candidates age must be maximum 28 years as on 05-03-2021. Age is relaxable for reserved category candidates.
Selection process:
Selection will be based on the marks secured by the candidates in the qualifying examination, experience and interview. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
