Job Description:
- Design/ Development & Testing of software electronic systems and parts like ECU/ CDI/ IDI/ Cluster/ BCU etc.
- Embedded software Applications & debugging using C/C++.
- Device driver ADC, EEPROM, PWM for 8/16/32 bit micro controllers.
- Preparing Requirement analysis, Design documents, Test procedure and Test plans.
- Conduct DR, FMEA (system/ design) and apply all such tools in the design phase.
- Test & validation of Vehicle CAN network in 2/3/4 wheelers using CANoe CAPL scripts and INCA.
- Keep track of global trends in relevant technology, regulations and propose long term road maps and appropriate work plan.
- Benchmarking and generation of ideas for better performance, quality, cost, weight.
- Root cause analysis for quality issues using QC tools and countermeasure action.
- Define the overall activity schedule for all projects, monitor the same periodically and take appropriate action to ensure targeted deliveries.
- Proficient in embedded C/C++.
- MISRA C Guidelines.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Good exposure on Compilers, debuggers and IDEs.
- Model based development (Matlab/ Simulink), automated test as SIL/ HIL.
- Communication protocol LIN, CAN, KWP2000, UDS, ISO15765 & diagnostics.
- Protocol testing Tools CANoe, CANalyzer, Kvaser & INCA.
- Version control and requirement management tools.
- Good knowledge on ISO26262, AUTOSAR & OBD I/II and emission norms.
- Good Knowledge in basic theories and design concepts in electronics.
- Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations.
