Job Description – Operations:
- Ensure timely delivery and complete customer satisfaction.
- Smooth and Efficient process that enables minimum manpower and maximum output
- Plan and launch new processes to minimize packing and other errors.
- Daily re-conciliation of cash gathered from different outlets.
- Come up with ways to minimize wastage
- Identify trends to better understand the demand cycle.
- Inventory management
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food to various outlets across cities.
- Analyze cost component of various segments of the supply chain, and understand feasibility of different dishes.
Job Description – Marketing Associate:
- Plan and execute best hyperlocal marketing techniques suited for food delivery.
- Create marketing strategies for the new outlets
- Come up with techniques to establish a better customer base in tech. parks and offices.
- Maximize app downloads and hits.
- Understand different market segments and work closely with operations team to understand feasibility of different product classes.
- Come up with different ways of engaging the customer.
- Social Media Marketing + Digital Marketing
- Daily emails to our patrons highlighting the snippets from our menu for the day.
Mandatory:
Excellent Communication Skills with fluency in both English & Hindi.
