Eligibility:
- B.E/ B.Tech (CSE/ IT ECE) from 2016 batch with an aggregate of 65% and above through out academics.
- Experience in a Tech Support environment would be a plus
- Good understanding of any OS.
- Thorough understanding of any DB (sql)
- Proficient in C/ C++
Job Description:
The Associate Customer Solutions Analyst actively participates in some or all phases of the software development and maintenance cycle. These phases also includes working on customer-based problems by isolating and providing resolution to customer issues or qualify the customer issue for Development level assistance or other assistance from other functions. Other tasks include reproducing and researching customers’ issues, troubleshooting, debugging, documentation, building lab environments, software maintenance, and testing.
