Job Description:
- Implement the recruitment strategy and procedures to ensure that suitable talent is acquired for the organization.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance towards recruitment processes, payments and reports.
- Responsible for efficient vendor management processes.
- Implementation of Poornata recruitment module.
- Sourcing, screening and shortlisting best candidate suitable for the job
- Approving fitment sheet before it is sent to the employee
- Ensuring strict adherence to TAT
- Ensuring timely creation of Job requisition form
- Onboarding is done on time
- Part of evaluation processes
- Ensuring exit processes are completed timely
- Connect regularly with the candidate
- Complete all joining related formalities earlier so that Employee gets everything on Day 1- Poornata id etc.
Skills:
- Candidates with high fast moving recruitment work experience preferred probably from start-up
- Industry Exposure: Paints & Chemicals, FMCG.
