- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Paint technology/ Chemical engineering/ Mechanical
- Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in Automation industry
- Proficiency in Key MS office programs is a must
- Highly motivated team-player with a collaborative, learning & solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills
- Willing and flexible to travel
Job Description:
You will be working as Associate Commissioning Engineer and will be part of Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area for Robot Automotive Division based in Bangalore North, India. In this role you will be reporting to Business Manager – Portfolio and will be responsible for on-site robot debugging which includes robot system commission, functional program module writing, process debugging and problem handling.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring project during whole execution period until get FAC
- Achieving paint process parameters on surface like DFT, gloss, color values etc
- Robot application programming, industrial robot/spraying robot debugging (gluing, flaming, blowing, wipe, film thickness detection)
- Vision system measuring and maintaining, and be able to complete a new model introduction robot simulation independently
- Working on underbody coating and spray applications
- Supporting in Paint Process parameters achievement
- Hands on Experience in robot disassembly and maintenance activities
